Class terms

Pre-launch draft. Fees, payment timing, cancellations, package validity and recording terms must be confirmed with Kanta before this page is published.

Booking and confirmation

A lesson is confirmed when Kanta accepts the proposed time and any required payment condition has been met. Students should verify the lesson format, duration, time zone and location before confirming.

Cancellations and rescheduling

The final notice period, late-cancellation treatment and rescheduling limits will be stated here after confirmation. Both parties should communicate changes as early as reasonably possible.

Online lessons

Students are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and quiet learning environment. If a significant connection failure prevents a lesson, Kanta and the student will follow the confirmed rescheduling policy.

Materials and Classroom access

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal learning. They should not be republished, sold or shared outside the class without permission. The duration of Classroom access will be confirmed before launch.

Language course boundary

Vrindavan Hindi School provides Hindi language teaching. Lessons may include vocabulary commonly heard in cultural or spiritual settings, but the course does not provide spiritual instruction.
