Information we may receive

When you enquire or book a lesson, the school may receive your name, contact details, location or time zone, current Hindi level, preferred lesson format, availability and learning goals. Enrolled students may also create assignments, comments and learning records in Google Classroom.

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange lessons, provide course materials, maintain necessary teaching and payment records, and support the student’s learning. The school should collect only what is necessary for these purposes.

Google Classroom Zoom and WhatsApp

These services operate under their own privacy terms. Private Classroom invitations, reusable Zoom links, student work and payment information must not be published on the public website.

Recordings and photographs

A class should not be recorded, and a student’s name, photograph, voice or testimonial should not be published, without appropriate permission. The final recording and media policy will explain access and retention.

Your choices

Students may ask what information the school holds about them and request correction or deletion where applicable. A confirmed privacy contact will be added before launch.
